		<description><![CDATA[JOB TITLE: Human Resource Manager LOCATION: New York City, NY SALARY:  $120K &#8211; 140K + 20K Bonus &#160; DESCRIPTION: Our client is seeking a dynamic, progressive and engaging HR Generalist. As a   critical member of the leadership team, this position will lead Human   Resource functions at the Corporate Level with special emphasis on day to day   HR functions. The HR Generalist will also play an important role as an   advisor for the Management Team. This role will be expected to actively   contribute to the strategic growth plans for the company.This position reports to the Head of HR. Will work very closely with   management at all locations to address their Human Resource requirements. Talent Management, Talent Planning and Organization Design process: work   through Management to successfully implement plans while maintaining strong   organizational design practices. Prepare talent planning grids, monitor   progress with critical positions, and develop and maintain a talent planning   database. Lead a program to improve the bench strength of the overall   organization. Innovate and develop   strategic approaches to succession planning building top-tier leadership and   management skills throughout the company. Leads all management development   processes for high potential leadership including individual development   plans. Provide leadership and   guidance to Officers and Executive Management to develop and communicate   activities focused on enhancing employee engagement. Leads global training efforts in accordance with succession planning and as a   result of performance management feedback to build skills throughout the   organization. Works with regional HR   designates to annually review regional benefit programs for improvement and   cost control. Provides broad scale   expert consultation, direction and guidance to Company Officers and General   Management. Remains current on   local and global HR programs, legislation, regulations, and developments to   ensure best practices. Shares information with management and HR designates. Leads and manages all   regionally deployed HR staff to meet regional HR support and goals. Partners with HR   designates on individual development plans and department strategies. Ensure a sustainable   culture based on core competencies and strategic initiatives. Familiar with union and   non-union shops. REQUIRED SKILLS: 12-15 years minimum   broad and progressive business and HR experience. Excellent Communication Skills Relationship Building Skills Service Oriented Process Driven Ability to Influence and Impact Keen Sense of Judgment EDUCATION: Bachelor&#8217;s Degree   required.
